Una mision con significado

This year 2015 the Costa Rican Lutheran Church was honored to receive delegations, which in its various forms visit us in order to meet the diaconal pastoral action of ILCO.

The Costa Rican Lutheran Church is pleased to host every year, Brothers and Sisters of congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), who traveled to our country in order to share a Mission of Service with local Community Life and ILCO´s work on issues of social, environment and economic justice. Also to develop a Work Project and enjoy a Tour Day in some of the beautiful places in Costa Rica.

 The Costa Rican Lutheran Church's Women Program started in the indigenous region of Cabagra the pilot project "Sewing Workshops", which consisted of four consultancies, and facilitated by Ms. Celina Sosa and the Lutheran pastors Nehemias Rivera, Joaquin Höring and the coordinator of the commission Ms. Teresa Guadamuz.
